| Description: | If you want the centrifugal nozzle to work smoothly in a high speed, maintenance is particularly important. 1.If there is noise and vibration when using, the machine should be stopped at once, and take out the nozzle, checking if there is residue adhering to the spray disc, and clean it timely. 2. Check the bearing, bushing, shaft gear and other transmission parts, and the damaged parts in time. 3. In order to increase the life, the lubricating oil greased on the rolling bearing should be changed after 150-200 hours. 4. After use, the nozzle should be removed and washed clean by water or even by brush. The residue will unbalance the spray disc, badly affect the nozzle’s life, and even damage other machine parts. 5. Don’t scratch principal axis when remove the nozzle. Installing spray disc should screw down the nut in case of loosing. 6. Don’t lay the nozzle in the transport after use. Wong placement will wind the principal axis. It should place in fixed nozzle holder. | |
